Build a help center interface with this sidebar layout block for React and Next.js. Features grouped navigation for browsing articles (All Articles, Getting Started, Account and Billing, Technical), a Popular Articles section with five clickable article titles, and Contact options (Submit Ticket, Live Chat, Community Forum). Includes a search input in the header and badge counts on categories showing article totals. Built with TypeScript, shadcn/ui Sidebar components, and Tailwind CSS.
