Camera Access Denied
This site needs camera and microphone access. Follow the steps below to enable permissions.
Browser Permissions
Enable camera access in your browser:
- 1.Click the camera icon 📹 in your browser's address bar
- 2.Select "Allow" for both camera and microphone
- 3.If the icon is not visible, go to Site Settings → Camera → Allow
- 4.Refresh the page after enabling
System Permissions
Your operating system must also allow browser access:
macOS
- 1.Open System Preferences → Privacy & Security
- 2.Select Camera and Microphone
- 3.Check the box next to your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- 4.Restart the browser
Windows
- 1.Open Settings → Privacy → Camera / Microphone
- 2.Enable "Allow apps to access your camera"
- 3.Enable "Allow desktop apps to access your camera"
- 4.Restart the browser
Troubleshooting
- •Check if another app is using the camera
- •Ensure camera is not covered or disabled
- •Update your browser to the latest version
- •Try a different browser to isolate the issue
After enabling permissions, click "Try Again" or refresh the page.
