Safari
Safari menu → Settings for This Website → Notifications → Allow. May need to enable in System Preferences → Notifications.
Edge
Address bar → Permissions for this site → Notifications → Allow. Or edge://settings/content/notifications.
You can customize notification preferences in your account settings at any time.
After enabling permissions, click "Try Again" to request notifications again.
