Pin-to-top list with smooth animations for favorites and bookmarks in React

Click to pin, click again to unpin. Items smoothly animate between "Pinned" and "All Items" sections. The pin icon fills when pinned, shows on hover otherwise. Section labels fade in and out as items move. Great for bookmarks, starred items, priority queues, or any list where some things matter more.
