Should I show Win or the Windows logo?
The word is clear and needs no icon; it's what most documentation uses. The logo is a trademark and has no standard character, so drawing it means adding an image or a brand icon.
Which Windows key shortcuts are worth documenting?
Win R for Run, Win E for File Explorer, Win D for the desktop, Win L to lock, Win Shift S for a screenshot and Win period for emoji. Web apps can't use these, so they belong in setup and support guides.
Is the Windows key the same as Super on Linux?
Yes, it's the same key; Linux desktops call it Super and use it for their own shortcuts, like opening the activities overview.
What is the Mac equivalent of the Windows key?
It sits where ⌘ sits, but the shortcuts differ: Win L to lock is ⌃⌘Q on Mac, and Spotlight with ⌘Space replaces the Start menu search.
