Insert Column

The insert-column icon represents an action to insert a column in a table or data grid. It symbolizes the ability to add a new column for organizing or displaying data. This icon is often associated with data manipulation and table editing.

In real-world applications, the insert-column icon appears in software and platforms like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools, where users need to add or modify table structures.

From a UX perspective, this icon communicates a clear indication of the action to insert a new column, helping users understand the functionality and navigate through the data editing process efficiently.

Copy it as React (from Get icon, or the Code section): a typed InsertColumnIcon component you paste into your project, with no package to install. Only the icons you import reach your bundle. It works in Next.js and any React app.

Open Get icon, then Copy as code, and pick Vue, Svelte, Angular, Solid or Preact; the Code section shows each one too. Every version is one self-contained component with the SVG inside, and SVG and data URL copies are there for plain HTML and CSS.
