Project data lives in a single typed array in `lib/projects.ts`. Add an entry with `title`, `description`, `coverImage`, and `metrics`, and the project showcase grid + detail pages render automatically. No template-engine wiring required.

Will I get future updates?

Yes. Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime updates. New sections, bug fixes, and shadcn/ui major-version upgrades land via the shadcn CLI or the MCP server.
